We use email data to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.

Sharing
