Our kitchen

Why we mix things up

Fizzunoshuffletea started with a jug of forgotten cold brew, a bruised peach and a "what if?". The result was so much better than plain iced tea that we kept going – and started writing it down.

The test bench: loose tea, citrus, herbs and a set of scales.

What we believe

We are an independent, Bristol-based team of home cooks and tea enthusiasts. We are not a tea brand and we do not sell tea. That means we can recommend whatever tastes best, from supermarket teabags to single-estate leaf.

Every recipe here is non-alcoholic, tested at least three times in a normal home kitchen, and written so you can make it with a jug, a sieve and a fridge. We talk about flavour and technique – never health promises. Tea is delicious; that is reason enough.

How we test

  • We weigh everything

Grams, millilitres and minutes, so you can repeat a result or change one thing at a time.

  • One variable at a time

A new fruit, herb or fizz – never all three in one test round.

  • Blind tastings

Friends taste side by side without knowing which glass is which.
